MSP is a venture building a diagnostic layer for managed service providers: software that looks across everything a provider already runs for its clients, works out what is genuinely broken or drifting, and says so in plain words. It reads. It does not touch.

That is a deliberate limit, not a missing feature. Nothing it does can take a client's systems down, so there is nothing to undo and nothing to be brave about.

This site is not the product. It is the small workspace where the two of us run the build, which is why almost all of it is behind the sign-in.
Nothing here is public data. This page is the only part of MSP anyone can see without being let in, and it holds no client information, no numbers and no names.
